Our partner is the Hungarian IT service centre of a stable international corporate group, supporting the group's IT operations across Europe and worldwide.

The Hungarian IT centre is undergoing active growth and transformation. More IT functions and responsibilities previously handled in Germany are being transferred to the Hungarian teams, while entirely new roles and capabilities are being established locally.

Responsibilities

• Integrate security tools and requirements into development and operations processes as part of a DevSecOps approach
• Design, implement and improve security-focused CI/CD templates in collaboration with internal technical teams
• Develop automation solutions to standardise and centralise security requirements
• Contribute to Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and Policy-as-Code (PaC) solutions and projects
• Monitor compliance with security standards and requirements, and establish and maintain related compliance reporting
• Provide visibility into security status and compliance across projects
• Champion and actively share secure software development best practices across the organisation
• Participate in Community of Practice (CoP) initiatives and share expertise in security and development
• Work closely with international development, operations and security teams
• Take an active role in an evolving DevSecOps and cybersecurity environment where security is integral to development and operations

Requirements

• Practical knowledge of at least one scripting or programming language, particularly Python or PowerShell
• Knowledge of Terraform or another Infrastructure-as-Code technology
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, such as modifying, extending or developing existing pipelines
• Knowledge of at least one major cloud or hyperscaler environment, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud
• Interest in DevSecOps and security automation solutions
• A collaborative approach and openness to working in an international team
• English language proficiency

Nice to have

• Knowledge of common software vulnerabilities and related defensive measures and mitigation techniques
• Knowledge of secure software development principles
• Experience in Infrastructure-as-Code or Policy-as-Code environments
• Experience with security tooling and its integration into CI/CD processes
• Experience in cloud security
• Professional certifications in DevSecOps, cloud or cybersecurity
• Azure experience

• Hybrid working: 40% office attendance per month, with flexible scheduling
